Ferraro

Ferraro is a Ferocious Race Temple Warrior who enters the Goldwater Ruins with Danba and Mendiano. Exceptionally powerful despite remaining at the Qi Drawing Realm, he embodies both the strength and the rigidity of Ravager warrior tradition. His refusal to ignore a human Takusha challenge gives Wang Doushan the isolated duel needed to kill him.

Biography

A warrior impatient for glory

Ferraro complains when Danba uses concealment and observation rather than attacking a much larger human group. He considers hiding a campfire cowardly, wants personal contributions rather than indirect strategic value, and carries an axe while waiting for combat. When four humans approach under the Takusha flag, Danba recognizes the likelihood of a trap, but Ferraro insists that the sacred challenge cannot be refused even when issued by an enemy race. (Chapter 305)

Wang Doushan accepts the duel. Ferraro initially mocks his weight, then discovers that the human can match his raw strength and repeatedly recover from devastating wounds. Ferraro escalates from ordinary blows to his completed Red-Eyed Direwolf Guardian Totem and then to the Origin Energy Temple’s Raging Inferno, forcing Wang to burn through years of stored fat. The battle costs Ferraro his left arm, yet Wang’s regeneration makes the apparent killing blow temporary. (Chapters 306–309)

Forbidden strength and death

Realizing that attrition now favors Wang, Ferraro activates a forbidden technique that extracts all remaining life force, suppresses pain, and restores explosive combat ability at the price of certain death. He continues attacking to preserve the Temple Warriors’ reputation even after the duel can no longer save him. Wang survives the final barrage, drinks a Strengthened Strength Medicine, and beats the exhausted Ferraro down. (Chapter 309)

Ferraro remains alive long enough to acknowledge Wang’s victory. Wang admits that his medicine and Origin Tool exceeded the Takusha resource allowance by five hundred Origin Stones, which gives Ferraro a final moment of satisfaction before his life fades. Danba moves his corpse aside and begins a burial, later using the grave preparation as cover for his own escape plan. Subsequent references compare other forbidden techniques to Ferraro’s or recall the duel; they do not indicate survival. (Chapters 310–312, 318, 326, and 334)

Appearance and personality

Ferraro is a powerful Ferocious Race youth whose body is covered in inscriptions. During Raging Inferno his body grows larger and more muscular while flames envelop him. The corpus emphasizes his white teeth, physical control, and imposing vitality but does not give stable details for hair, clothing, or height. (Chapters 305–308)

He is brave, glory-seeking, impatient, and contemptuous of caution. Ferraro genuinely respects strength and becomes delighted when Wang proves difficult to kill, but he lacks Danba’s willingness to question an enemy’s setup. Physical power and control

At the Qi Drawing Realm, Ferraro can match the immensely heavy Wang Doushan in raw exchanges. He moves with enough control to flip through the air, cancel his momentum, and land without disturbing dust. His blows carry waves of force, shatter stone, and eventually overwhelm Wang’s defenses. The duel also demonstrates a limitation common to his fighting style: repeated direct attacks consume energy and give an adaptive opponent time to understand him. (Chapters 306–309)

Red-Eyed Direwolf Guardian Totem

Ferraro’s full-body inscriptions form a completed Red-Eyed Direwolf Guardian Totem, an achievement most Ravagers cannot manage before the equivalent of Blood Boiling. Crimsonwolf’s Rage projects the totem’s force in devastating attacks, while gathering the Direwolf around his limbs amplifies chained punches and speed. The totem can be combined with Temple fire, but its strongest releases still fail to exhaust Wang’s finite regeneration quickly enough. (Chapters 306–309)

Raging Inferno and flaming attacks

Raging Inferno is power obtained from the Origin Energy Temple. It wraps Ferraro in actual fire, enlarges and strengthens his body, and creates a passive burning defense that punishes close combat. He fuses the flames with Crimsonwolf attacks and compresses them into Greedy Wolf Flaming Claw, a strike that tears away half of Wang’s body even after opposing ice weakens it. (Chapters 308–309)

The state consumes Origin Energy so rapidly that Ferraro brings thousands of Origin Stones as fuel. Ravagers have limited internal Origin Energy because their system emphasizes physical augmentation, so the external reserve is essential to prolonged use. Once he has spent that energy and lost an arm, the technique cannot by itself restore him. (Chapter 308)

Life-extraction forbidden technique

Ferraro’s final technique converts all remaining life force into a brief period of extreme combat performance. It lets him ignore pain and fight as though his injuries no longer matter, but death follows regardless of victory. The burst nearly exhausts Wang’s last regenerative reserve; medicine and Ferraro’s own fading energy decide the outcome. Later Temple Warriors use visually similar forbidden power, confirming that the method is part of the Temple tradition rather than a unique recovery skill. (Chapters 309–310 and 334)
