Velasco's Restoration Necklace
Velasco's Restoration Necklace is a single-use necklace in which Velasco stores the benefit that would normally disperse from a Ninth-Dimensional expert's death. He leaves it specifically to fulfill his promise to restore Anastasia. (Chapter 2176)
History
Discovery and first custody
After Velasco's death produces no normal world-enriching phenomenon, Montez finds the necklace beneath his shirt and understands that Velasco stored the benefit instead of allowing the surrounding world to claim it. At Velasco's instruction he gives it to Leonel for Anastasia. Leonel immediately sends it into the Segmented Cube and crushes it before Anastasia can object. The necklace is consumed and its released energy restores her from her damaged state through the Eighth Dimension and into the Ninth. (Chapter 2176)
Abilities and properties
The necklace redirects the postmortem boon of Velasco's Ninth-Dimensional cultivation into one prepared restoration. Its demonstrated target is Anastasia, whose aura rises to the pinnacle of the Eighth Dimension and then breaks into the Ninth. It does not restore Leonel, resurrect Velasco, or function as general healing. Because Leonel shatters it to release the stored energy, the effect is nonrepeatable. (Chapter 2176)
