Biography

Loyalty beyond death

Olaf entered Ralph Manor as a towering armored knight in Viscount Buck's service, relying on martial discipline and holy oil against supernatural threats. Death did not end that loyalty: as a wraith he continued guarding Hunter, vouched for him, and was manipulated through Hunter's grotesque face and influence into attacking Saul. When Hunter's presence finally dissolved, Olaf understood that the burden had ended. He thanked Saul and disappeared voluntarily, releasing the last remnant of his service. (Chapters 188–201)

Appearance and personality

Olaf is exceptionally tall and heavily armored, embodying the imposing profile of a household knight. He is dutiful, courageous, and so loyal that obedience persists after death, though gratitude returns once manipulation ends.
