Biography

Selection and replacement

Jeffrey arrived from Highland Duchy eager to enter the Stargate Council and warmly assumed the disguised Saul was another candidate. He explained Olga and the Star Observatory with sincere enthusiasm, then passed selection and was sent away to study before an expected post in the tower. When Saul encountered him again, a red worm had already killed him while preserving the momentum of his personality. Saul removed the parasite, and Jeffrey's soulless body immediately died, exposing the Council's lethal cultivation practice. (Chapters 953–971)

Appearance and personality

Jeffrey is a young man whose open friendliness and pride in the Stargate Council make him quick to welcome a stranger. That optimism persists as an imitation after the parasite has already replaced him.

Abilities

• Second-level apprentice training focused on lightning magic.
• Enough talent to pass the Stargate Council's apprentice selection.

Relationships

• Saul: Jeffrey befriends him casually; Saul later recognizes and removes the parasite occupying his body.
