Xuan Yuan
Xuan Yuan, the Yellow Emperor, is the first of humanity's Five Emperors and the Nuwa Alliance's foremost military strategist. His realm becomes the site of the first large-scale Realmwar, where his command helps establish the alliance's momentum before the final Endwar.
Biography
Rise of the Yellow Emperor
Xuan Yuan rises after the Three Emperors and fights Shennong for leadership of humanity. Although Shennong is personally powerful, his attention lies in alchemy rather than warfare; Xuan Yuan defeats him and becomes one of the most influential rulers in human history. Even after relinquishing supreme leadership, his charisma and military reputation keep more than fifteen hundred Empyrean Gods and True Immortals under his command. (Chapters 659–660)
The Yellow Emperor Realmwar
When the Seamless Gate targets his realm, Xuan Yuan welcomes Subhuti's reinforcements and prepares one of the Nuwa Alliance's first truly large-scale campaigns. He assigns powerful commanders to the centers of inherited war-formations, studies Daomother Devilhand's habits, and waits through repeated challenges until the timing favors battle. His calm order to assemble releases the realm's armies, while his planning treats the campaign as the opening move in the wider war for karmic luck. (Chapters 660–677)
Command in the Endwar
Xuan Yuan later joins the alliance's supreme leaders in coordinating the final struggle. He accepts Ji Ning's proposed battlefield timetable but warns that wartime promises must be backed by action. When the decisive attack begins, the Yellow Emperor commands hundreds of millions of Immortals and Fiendgods forward, applying at the scale of the Three Realms the same disciplined leadership established in his Realmwar. He survives the conflict. (Chapters 668–681 and 734–737)
Appearance and personality
Xuan Yuan is immaculately handsome, and his gaze carries a springlike warmth that makes others instinctively well-disposed toward him. This approachable presence coexists with exceptional command discipline. He reads opponents, values preparation, and can wait calmly before committing enormous forces; once a decision is made, he expects vows and orders to be treated seriously. (Chapters 660–661 and 668)
Abilities and cultivation
Top-tier Daofather
Xuan Yuan is identified as a top-tier Daofather even during his ancient contest with Shennong. His scoped importance lies less in a named personal technique than in the authority to stand alongside Subhuti, Suiren, and other major powers while personally facing the danger of a Realmwar. (Chapters 659–660)
Military formations and command
He is described as probably the Three Realms' greatest military mastermind. He understands the requirements of Nuwa's great formations, chooses sufficiently powerful central commanders, and coordinates thousands of Empyrean Gods and True Immortals plus much larger Immortal armies. His strength is operational: reading enemy intent, choosing when to answer a challenge, and making many formations act as one force. (Chapters 660–677 and 734)
