History

Flagship of the Atwood Empire

The Yphelion emerges from the Iliex Creator project as Zac's principal cosmic vessel. Its scale allows it to serve as more than transportation: crews, workshops, cultivation chambers, and command functions turn it into a traveling base for imperial operations. (Chapters 932–933, 939–950, 954, and 1065)

The sealbearer expedition

Zac and his companions take the Yphelion through the dangerous Starfall Court campaign. The vessel crosses hostile space, carries the group between ancient installations, and endures corruption, combat, and dimensional hazards. Damage and unfamiliar systems repeatedly force specialists such as Galau and the ship's crew to repair or adapt it. (Chapters 1160–1185 and 1206–1251)

Continuing mobile infrastructure

The flagship remains part of Zac's larger strategy after the expedition. It supports later travel and deployments because its true value lies in carrying an organized faction's people and capabilities wherever they are needed, not merely in firing weapons. (Chapters 1267–1275, 1301–1313, 1336–1337, 1373–1391, and 1408)
