Biography

Entry into the wider conflict

Verana Tir’Emarel arrived as an evolved Tal-Eladar leader who had gained a major opportunity and spent much of her time meditating near a Nexus Vein. She met Zac openly and later committed herself and her bonded beasts to the campaign against the invaders, adding her own aura to Grub’s challenge and exercising caution when the enemy appeared to invite the allied army into a prepared battlefield. (Chapters 308, 309, and 369)

Later responsibilities and consequences

Verana used her familiarity with constructed bodies to identify a golem leader’s Cosmic Pathways and helped assess whether the invasion force had already escaped. She remained on the front lines afterward as her companions fell one after another. When her last exhausted beast could no longer protect her, an assassin killed Verana at Peak E-grade, illustrating the lethal dependence many beastmasters shared with their bonded creatures. Appearance and personality

Verana speaks with a strong carrying voice and presents herself as a composed commander. Her troubled reaction to the invaders’ obvious preparations shows caution rather than recklessness. (Chapter 308) (Chapter 369)

Abilities and cultivation

Verana was an evolved beastmaster whose aura could rise in concert with Grub’s. Her knowledge covered beast bonds and golem cultivation pathways, but her personal combat mechanics remain unstated. Relationships
