Sendor

Biography

Entry into the wider conflict

Sendor’s domain was pulled into the struggle for the Fifth Pillar despite a pact of non-interference. When another great existence’s daughter summoned an Edict and died after trying to supplant the Heavens inside his domain, Sendor chose to confront her parent, condemn the family’s greed, and stabilize the damaged Stand of Saeward rather than allow their external conflict to consume his charge. (Chapter 1036)

He later extended protection and opportunities to Zac’s group. Zac Atwood relied on Sendor’s safeguard while completing a breakthrough against Yselio, while two companions who had formed their Cores received further opportunities from the ancient patron. These choices made Sendor a remote but consequential guarantor of their survival and advancement. (Chapters 1156 and 1170)

Later responsibilities and consequences

Sendor imparted a lifesaving mark to Zac despite evident reluctance, but a Faith array later sealed the brand along with Zac’s core and soul aperture, proving that even such protection could be countered. The mark remained a benchmark for elite outside safeguards, yet its failure under suppression underscored the limit of relying on a distant patron. (Chapters 1195 and 1317)

Sendor also created Null as Zac’s guide in the Perennial Vastness, attempting to copy Zac’s unusually intertwined path. The reproduction was imperfect, and a later manifestation built from Life, Death, and Void was judged more accurate, showing both the extraordinary scope of Sendor’s craft and a boundary it could not cross. (Chapter 1423)

Appearance and personality

Sendor is first conveyed as a sky-filling voice rather than through a defined body. His speech is controlled and formal, but gains steel when his domain or agreements are violated. (Chapter 1036)

Abilities and cultivation

Sendor can stabilize the Stand of Saeward, place remote lifesaving seals, grant advancement opportunities, and create a guide modeled on another cultivator’s path. His exact cultivation grade and the mechanics behind these feats are not stated; the sealing of his mark and Null’s imperfect copy establish practical limits. (Chapter 1036) (Chapter 1195) (Chapter 1423)

Relationships

Sendor acts as Zac’s reluctant protector and patron. Null is his constructed guide for Zac, though the copy could not fully reproduce its subject. (Chapter 1195) (Chapter 1423)
