Rahm is the formal Iliex liaison who handles contracts, pricing, and customer relations at the Creator shipyard attached to Zac's territory.

Biography

Role in the wider conflict

Rahm greets Zac as a contractual customer and immediately defines the shipyard's limits: inquiries go through him, prices and approved designs follow System restrictions, and even Karunthel's enthusiasm cannot turn the facility into an unrestricted arsenal. His exacting administration lets Zac rebuild transportation while keeping transactions within the accord. More than a decade later, Rahm remains at the same post as production expands into a twelve-year order book; he calmly recognizes both of Zac's forms, explains quest and upgrade constraints, and preserves the predictable institutional framework beneath Karunthel's experimentation. Appearance and personality

Rahm first speaks through a statue-like Creator body and performs an aristocratic bow. He can assume a nearly human disguise, though subtle movement and a lifeless cast to the eyes reveal its artificial nature. Formal, statistical, and unflappable, he is the restrained counterpart to Karunthel's rowdy curiosity. (Chapters 71 and 1072)

Abilities and cultivation

Rahm communicates without a biological mouth, changes his apparent body into a human guise, processes System-approved purchases, and manages a large production queue. These functions belong to an Iliex Creator and shipyard liaison; the chapters do not establish a cultivation grade or personal combat capability, and System restrictions prevent the facility from freely intervening in local battles. Rahm uses design crystals, purchase interfaces, and the shipyard's production systems in his official capacity. The vessels and upgrades he administers are customer projects rather than personal equipment.
