Divine Summoning Chalice
The Divine Summoning Chalice is a ritual artifact associated first with the Lethal Bite crisis and later recovered among portal treasures. When Raze fills it with mage blood during the battle with Murkel, it admits a Divine being into his body instead of summoning a separate ally he can command.
History
Ritual threat and recovered relic
A chalice drives the blood ritual and transformed threat encountered during the Lethal Bite mission. Raze later recovers a Divine-realm chalice from ruins with other rare treasures. The narrative connects the ritual function and later activation, though some details of the artifact's earliest custody remain limited. (Chapters 507–535 and 749–751)
The Blooded Woman's possession
During the fight with Murkel, Raze fills the chalice to its marked level with mana-bearing mage blood. He expects a Divine being to materialize, but the Blooded Woman instead occupies his body and fights through it temporarily. The summoner cannot choose or control the being's identity or loyalty, and the effect ends after the battle. The item is not given another clearly narrated activation. (Chapters 749–756)
