Eston

Eston is a six-star wind mage, former Ortian military-guild member, and commander serving Idore’s Noble Guild.

Biography

The dimension operation

Eston orders the Noble Guild force to clear a dimension in one week despite signs that it will remain open much longer. When the Crimson Crane and Amir oppose his group, he takes direct command of the battle. He identifies himself as the only person to leave the Ortian Guild, having defeated its nine other six-star members before receiving Idore’s enchanted equipment. (Chapters 426–433)

Fight with the Dark Magus

Eston overwhelms Amir with wind constructs, enters breakthrough, and orders the newly awakened Dark mage killed. Raze’s combined magic and sword arts eventually bind and outlast him. Once Raze identifies himself as the Dark Magus, Eston abandons the fight and orders a retreat, but Raze’s ten-step Dark Edge Eclipse Strike consumes Eston and the fleeing mages completely. (Chapters 439–443)

Appearance and personality

The local chapters do not establish a dependable physical portrait. Eston is proud, domineering, and confident in his reputation; once he recognizes Raze, that certainty gives way to open fear and an urgent desire to survive.

Magic, cultivation, and abilities

Eston is a six-star wind specialist. He flies or levitates with wind, forms blades and giant swords, controls physical swords as projectiles, raises wind barriers, and casts vortex attacks including Double Vortex and Vortex Crusher. His breakthrough breaks magic circles around his core to release greater power but is temporary and mana-intensive. Enchanted forearm straps and bracers add barriers and control, yet they cannot overcome Raze’s mixed Qi and Dark magic.

Relationships

Eston commands Noble Guild mages under Idore. He fights Amir, the Crimson Crane, and ultimately Raze, whose identity transforms Eston’s contempt into panic.

Items

Eston wears enchanted forearm equipment supplied after he joined Idore. The leather straps support wind manipulation and the bracers generate barriers, but the corpus provides no canonical item names or surviving custody after his destruction.
