Ancestor's Spear
History
The Jai clan's ancestral weapon is recovered from the Transcendent Ruins after competing factions fight to open the pyramid. Jai Long first claims and wields it, then surrenders it to Jai Daishou under the terms of their bargain. The patriarch returns it for Jai Long's duel with Lindon, where its hunger binding threatens to drain Lindon's madra. (Chapters 39–41, 43, 45, 52, 57, 67–69)
Properties and use
The spear's binding consumes madra from a target and transfers usable power toward the wielder. That hunger function makes it unusually effective against sacred artists and connects it to the labyrinth's dreadbeast research. Its shaft and point still operate as a physical spear, so Jai Long combines the binding with his existing weapon skill. (Chapters 39–41, 43, 45, 52, 57, 67–69)
