Strongest attack among the Prime Saints

Tulily entered the Necropolis as the Prime Saint reputed to possess the greatest attack. He joined Rosarie and Rutherford in a prepared combination that froze, cracked, and shattered the Flame Tyrant, then fought through later floors with the expedition's leading group. Against the Abyssal Blade Demons he accepted the painful order to retreat rather than waste every survivor, and later stood with Linley's allies against the Radiant Church's formation.
