Biography

Protector within the clan

Tewila is a mild-tempered Azure Dragon Elder who has never entered Bloodbath Gorge, partly because he knows his strength is limited and prefers defensive service. Linley respects that honesty, distinguishing Tewila's caution from the malice and political maneuvering shown by some stronger clan elders. (Chapters 593–598)

When a soul crisis leaves nearly a hundred clansmen unconscious, Tewila brings the victims back and urgently reports their condition to Gislason. Their sobbing and helplessness drive him to seek action despite his usual avoidance of dangerous fronts, making care for ordinary clansmen the center of his contribution. (Chapters 599–603)
