Biography

Freedom from Elquin

Elquin bound Phusro while he was still a Saint and forced the vastly stronger Volcano Titan to live as a golden kitten for countless years. Unable to resist directly, Phusro hid most of his power and maneuvered Learmonth into killing Elquin, breaking the master-servant bond. He vented ages of humiliation, spared Linley's party, and later returned as a blunt but dependable ally during the Four Divine Beasts clan war and Delia's soul crisis. Appearance

Phusro can appear as a tiny golden kitten or as a huge, muscular man with fiery hair. (Chapters 502–503, 505)

Personality

He is volatile, profane, proud, emotionally transparent, and fiercely appreciative of freedom after prolonged enslavement. (Chapters 505–506)

Abilities and powers

Phusro has fused five fire mysteries, commands volcanic terrain, wields an axe, and possesses near-Asura material power but comparatively limited speed. (Chapters 499–500, 502–503, 505–506)

Relationships

He hates former master Elquin, credits Learmonth with freeing him, and becomes close enough to Linley's family to hold and comfort Wade. (Chapters 505–506, 598–603)
