Hunter on the Planar Battlefield

Montelo assigns Oman to Linley because Oman's strengths counter an Azure Dragon descendant. Oman pursues him underground with a spiked mace and Sovereign power, assumes a strange crown is a lost Sovereign artifact, and expects his superior weapon and durability to make the hunt decisive; Linley and Bebe nevertheless escape. (Chapters 682–691)

Oman later helps Magnus track Reisgem's group and repeatedly fights inside Reisgem's Amethyst Space, surviving by combining enormous physical force with a Sovereign weapon. At the Stellar River he and Chegwin surround a fleeing commander, continuing to act as the alliance's close-range enforcer rather than an independent strategist. (Chapters 692–708)

Appearance

Oman is a muscular man in golden robes and carries a thick spiked mace. (Chapters 683–697)

He is aggressive, confident, persistent, and prone to taunting opponents he expects to overpower. (Chapters 682–708)

Oman has commander-level strength, uses Sovereign's Might, and wields a spiked-mace Sovereign weapon that makes his physical attacks exceptionally destructive. (Chapters 682–708)
