Biography

Elder of the Azure Dragon clan

Garvey serves in the Assembly of Elders and becomes entangled in Emanuel's attempt to conceal the ancestral Azure Dragon ring. Unlike the more scheming elders around him, Garvey operates as an active clan officer, responding to missions and battlefield needs while secrets about Linley's inheritance circulate above his authority. On the Planar Battlefield, Garvey fights as one of the clan's experienced commanders. When six enemies converge, Linley warns him to retreat and casts Blackstone Space across the area, drawing Garvey and his opponent into the altered gravity field; the evidence ends amid that engagement rather than confirming a separate later fate.
