Clay
Biography
Sparring and the Necropolis
Clay eagerly challenged Linley to a friendly spar because he wanted to test a Dragonblood Warrior against his extraordinary defense. He accepted the result openly and later joined the Necropolis expedition, where his nerve and defensive strength carried him through the Ba-Serpent's floor. On the sixth floor, however, the Flame Tyrant's axe cut through even his metal-like body and killed him during the group's retreat. (Chapters 332–333, 339–340, 344)
