Welcoming new arrivals
Buffett met Linley, Delia, and Bebe soon after their arrival in the Infernal Realm. He explained inkstones, divine-spark prices, Sovereign armies, and the danger of independent travel, then offered them membership in the Black Dragon Tribe. Rather than exploiting their ignorance, he accepted Linley's caution over payment, guided the group into the settlement, and later warned that outsiders could not use the tribe's discounted transport.
