Biography

Bloodwind on the Planar Battlefield

Bayer entered the Planar Battlefield to repay a favor owed to Occluar and attacked Reisgem's party in revenge for Occluar's destroyed clone. He treated the commanders as playthings, spending Sovereign's Might when Bebe's defenses proved exceptional, yet failed to kill him. During the later contest for the Red Caltrop Diamond, Bayer joined the Paragons pursuing it but Linley's newly revealed power knocked him aside. (Chapters 678–681, 748, 750–751, 755–756)

Appearance

He is a white-robed man with white eyebrows and a calm bearing. (Chapter 678)

Personality

Bayer is composed, proud, and casual toward weaker experts, but honors debts strongly enough to enter a war he otherwise considers meaningless. (Chapters 678–680)

Abilities and powers

His complete mastery of the Laws of the Wind grants extreme speed, concealed aura, distorted spatial restraint, soul attacks, and material blows capable of tearing open space. (Chapters 680–681, 690, 696)

Relationships

He opposes Reisgem, Linley, and Bebe on Occluar's behalf and is recognized by other Paragons as one of the multiverse's supreme wind experts. (Chapters 678–680, 707, 748)
