Yun Ting is the chief of the Heavenly Handle Yun Clan, a declining branch of the Yun bloodline living in the Northern Divine Region's Sinful Region.

Biography

Saving the Heavenly Handle Yun Clan

Yun Ting treasures Yun Shang as the clan's young hope because she possesses the rare purple Profound Handle. When her profound veins appear irreparably ruined and the clan faces a survival deadline, however, he accepts a forbidden blood ritual intended to transfer her Profound Handle to Yun Xiang. Yun Che interrupts the rite and restores Yun Shang instead. (Chapters 1585–1589)

The Nine Lights Heavenly Palace then descends upon the clan, exposing how powerless Yun Ting's people are against the region's dominant sect. Yun Che destroys the attackers and preserves the clan, leaving its chief awed by both his strength and his shared surname. Years later, Yun Ting remains alive and proudly presents the grown Yun Shang at the northern gathering. (Chapters 1591–1592 and 1701)

Appearance and personality

Yun Ting is burdened by responsibility for an endangered clan. His affection for Yun Shang is genuine, but desperation makes him willing to approve a ritual that sacrifices her future; after Yun Che's intervention, gratitude and hope replace that fatalism. (Chapters 1585–1592)

Abilities and cultivation

As clan chief, Yun Ting is a senior darkness profound practitioner who also carries the Heavenly Handle Yun bloodline. His clan's decline and isolation sharply limit its resources, and he cannot oppose the experts of Nine Lights Heavenly Palace without Yun Che. (Chapters 1585–1592)
