Ye Li
Ye Li is the Third Witch of the Soul Stealing Realm and one of Chi Wuyao's highest-ranking agents.
Biography
A Witch in the northern campaign
Ye Li meets Yun Che as the Soul Stealing Realm moves from hidden preparation toward conquest. She is initially cold and suspicious, particularly when matters involving Nanhuang Chanyi bring a man into the Witches' confidence, but she submits to Chi Wuyao's strategy and accepts Yun Che's ability to transform their darkness profound power. (Chapters 1641–1644)
Yun Che grants Ye Li the power of Calamity and Misfortune, strengthening her for the coming northern and eastern campaigns. She remains among the surviving Witches after the conquest of the God Realm; when the eastern cauldron catastrophe annihilates realms, Ye Li and Yao Die enforce secrecy around the event and continue serving the new imperial order. Appearance and personality
Ye Li is a slender woman in black robes who holds an intense disdain for men. Her manner is severe and guarded, yet her obedience to Chi Wuyao and discipline as a Witch override personal dislike when the realm's plans require cooperation. (Chapters 1641–1644)
Abilities and cultivation
As the Third Witch, Ye Li is one of the Soul Stealing Realm's strongest Divine Masters, surpassed among the Witches principally by the Great Witch. Yun Che's darkness mastery further elevates her through the power called Calamity and Misfortune. (Chapters 1641–1648)
