Long Yi
Long Yi is the eldest of the five Venerable Withered Dragons awakened by the Dragon God Realm for its final war against Yun Che.
Biography
Seven final days
Long Yi emerges from prolonged hibernation with the other Venerable Withered Dragons, ancient guardians who have traded ordinary life for a last reserve of overwhelming strength. He understands that awakening leaves them only seven days to live and regards worldly fame as meaningless, accepting the battle as a final duty to the Dragon God bloodline. (Chapters 1825–1826)
On the battlefield, Yun Che's Dragon God soul suppresses Long Yi and the other dragons, forcing even these ancient powers to kneel. After the western host collapses, Long Yi watches its strongest lineages slaughtered and pleads that the Primordial Azure Dragon's favor should spare the race. Yun Che rejects that claim, and Long Yi closes his eyes to await the death that follows the Dragon God's defeat. (Chapters 1855–1857)

Long Yi is withered by immense age and hibernation, yet maintains the gravity of an ancient guardian. He is resigned about his own death but devastated by the prospect that the entire Dragon God bloodline will be eradicated. (Chapters 1825–1826 and 1857)

Long Yi is an apex dragon cultivator whose stored vitality lets him briefly wield power beyond the contemporary Dragon Gods.
