Qian Qing appears as a famous expert serving Marshal Yu among the Ten Yu Frontier Guards. Alongside Ding Dong, he joins the confrontation against Xiao Mo Ge's party and engages the Black Gold Seal Soldier after A Gui kills another guard. (Chapters 639–640)

Initially suppressed, Qian Qing chooses to remain in battle because retreat would cost Marshal Yu's trust and his clan its protection. He reveals his concealed Cicada Silk Block mo physique, filling the battlefield with cutting sound ripples, but the Black Gold Seal Soldier consumes the attacks. (Chapters 640–641)

Appearance and personality

Qian Qing has long, narrow eyes, a cold gaze, and transparent glass-like wings on his back. He is proud of his standing but calculates its material importance clearly: his decision to risk death is tied to Marshal Yu's continued protection of the declining Bright Void Cicada clan. He is talented and experienced, though shock at the puppet's counters repeatedly unsettles him. (Chapters 639–641)

Abilities and cultivation

His Bright Void Cicada bloodline grants exceptional speed and Space Tear, which lets him pass through space and attack unpredictably. His secret Cicada Silk Block mo physique produces dense sound ripples sharp enough to rival flying swords. Both have concrete limits in the final fight: the Black Gold Seal Soldier predicts his spatial exits, blocks the ripples, and then swallows them.
