Chang Yuan Hao is Great Peace City's highest-ranked resident expert and one of Shi Yue Yi's quiet protectors. He speaks sparingly, watches new talent with unusual accuracy, and remains among the city's elite through the Treasure Pavilion conflict and the Ming Bandit crisis.

Great Peace City and Mo Cloud Sea

Chang Yuan Hao is introduced as the foremost of Great Peace City's ranked experts, one step below marshal level and resident in the city because he has received Shi Yue Yi's guidance. He watches Xiao Mo Ge's duel with Shen Yu beside Shi Yue Yi and Yu Shuang, predicts Xiao Mo Ge's victory by intuition, and helps interpret the unexpected Reversed Stellar Revolution through its possible connection to yao arts. When the Great Peace Treasure Pavilion opens, Chang Yuan Hao joins the city's assembled experts against the infiltrating great sects, directly challenges Lin Qian for his name after the Kun Lun disciple's overwhelming sword strike, and withstands the Anti Dragon Claw's first violent wave. Still healthy during the Ming Bandit attack, he fights among Great Peace City's elite and later assesses Mister Tong's movement as related to Domain. The corpus gives no later account of his fate. Appearance and personality

Chang Yuan Hao appears as a dark shadow beside Shi Yue Yi, and the text repeatedly identifies him by that shadowed presence rather than giving facial features, clothing, age, or build. During the banquet he consumes food rapidly from within the shadow. (Chapter 603)

He is terse, observant, loyal, and confident without being theatrical. His short comments repeatedly isolate important facts: Xiao Mo Ge's likely victory, the relevance of Shifting Star Sands, and the possible role of yao arts. He is also willing to speak first after Lin Qian intimidates the assembled mo, indicating composure under extreme pressure. (Chapters 603–607 and 622)

Abilities and cultivation

Chang Yuan Hao is first on the Great Peace Mo Ranking and is described as only a step from marshal level. He can detect changes in Xiao Mo Ge's power that others initially miss, withstand the Anti Dragon Claw's vast vicious energy, and perceive that Mister Tong's apparently effortless step is connected to Domain. His placement implies mastery beyond ordinary general-level experts, and he belongs among the healthy elite who tear into the Ming Bandit force at close range.
