Felix

Felix is the master of Lanthanor's Fists of Justice Training Hall, a close friend of Robert Anivron, and the first master Daneel Anivron accepts. He turns the Hall's creed of protecting the downtrodden into support for Daneel's new reign. (Chapters 11–135)

Biography

The first master backs a new king

Felix enrolls the young Daneel in the Fists of Justice and warns him that its three-month training will not soften for pleas. He watches the boy's nightly secret practice, rewards his first-place finish with the Hall's cornerstone technique, and offers to help pay for further education because Robert once aided him without expecting repayment. These acts combine gruff discipline with practical loyalty: Felix does not personally spare Daneel hardship, but makes sure talent and effort receive an opportunity. (Chapters 11–19 and 42)

After Daneel takes the throne, Felix brings Hall members to the palace intending to expose crimes buried under the previous king and formally pledge allegiance. He takes pride in instructors who refused military service under an unjust ruler and agrees to place the Hall's techniques and personnel behind the new regime. Felix also allows Daneel to study restricted Fighter arts, helps organize the Hall's oath decision, and delivers a suspicious parchment left for the king. By his latest scenes he remains alive, still overseeing the Hall and supporting Lanthanor without becoming a court ornament. (Chapters 112–124 and 135)

Appearance and personality

Felix is a bulky, heavily built man with powerful shoulders. He changes between simple training clothes and a black waistcoat, and his manner is blunt enough that “Master Felix” is the expected address. Beneath the gruff exterior he is generous, proud of his students and instructors, loyal to old debts, fond of wine, and committed to the Hall's protection of people who cannot protect themselves. Abilities and power

Felix is a high-level Fighter and master of a hall that teaches both body refinement and magic, though the supplied chapters do not assign him a precise realm. He can identify suspicious training, supervise severe conditioning, and provide access to advanced Fighter techniques. The Fists of Justice technique is the Hall's cornerstone, while its records also preserve methods of controlling elementary particles without a Mageroot. Those resources are institutional rather than proof that Felix personally demonstrates every listed technique; his latest role remains instructor and custodian. (Chapters 12–18, 112–124)

Relationships
