Sanctuary

History

Damien creates the Sanctuary through Void Essence as a refuge capable of receiving people and environments endangered by wider conflicts. It grows through World Cores, the World Core Fusion Reactor, the work of Reva and Elvira, and later a Universal Core. Each expansion increases both capability and responsibility: its residents build institutions and lives under Damien’s world authority rather than functioning as stored inventory. Properties and use

The Sanctuary is a complete realm whose laws can be strengthened and whose interior can contain populations, ecosystems, worlds, and infrastructure. Damien can enter it or bring others through his bond, but external conditions and higher powers can interfere with access. The realm’s administrators and denizens retain agency, so “owner” describes Damien’s originating authority and integration, not ownership of its people.
