Immortal Blood Asura

Immortal Blood Asura is the Demigod ruler of Blood Asura Holy Land and the patriarch behind the Bloodlock Clan's culture of conquest. Initially separated from Damien Void by universal restrictions, he converts personal retaliation into institutional persecution, then cooperates with the Nox for strength and victory. His fixation destroys the rational self-interest he claims to serve and ends with Damien stripping away his power, life, and accumulated Legend.

Biography

A Holy Land built around conquest

Immortal Blood Asura rules a galaxy cluster from a palace the size of a world, an extravagance whose surrounding overpopulation and industrial pressure are attributed to his selfishness. In private he sits in a small, musty room, receives his son Arthur as a servant rather than family, and cannot remember the grandson whose death prompts Arthur's request for revenge. He grants permission only if Arthur keeps the sect formally uninvolved. (Chapter 880)

His apparent detachment is not moderation. Blood relationships mean little because he can alter blood itself, and approved descendants are resources to be tested until they prove worthy or die. Reavus's death does not move him, while Arthur's later death matters because years of investment in a prospective general have been wasted and the clan's face has been struck. A one-use projection therefore descends on Damien to restore institutional dominance, not to mourn. (Chapters 880 and 928–929)

Reputation, retaliation, and public humiliation

The projection locks space, examines Damien's existence, and releases one Demigod strike through the loopholes restricting divine interference. Tiamat's spirit neutralizes the blow, but the Nox-like mana she uses gives Immortal Blood Asura a new weapon: he preserves the projection's memory and decides to portray Damien as corrupted. What begins as punishment for Arthur's death becomes an effort to erase a junior who has repeatedly survived the authority meant to crush him. (Chapters 928–929)

At the Grand Assembly he uses a son as spokesperson, questions Damien's origin and loyalty, then personally claims to have witnessed his betrayal. Damien's allies demand an impartial bodily examination, which finds no Nox influence and leaves Blood Asura Holy Land publicly mocked by forces it has long bullied. Immortal Blood Asura withdraws without open retaliation because universal opinion now protects Damien, but the humiliation turns an expendable clan grievance into an enduring personal obsession. Political capture and alliance with the Nox

After the Assembly, Immortal Blood Asura seeks out a Nox representative and declares that his only purpose is victory. Cooperation with the Karmic Emperor supplies espionage, puppets inside Heaven's Army, and a route to artificial Nox soldiers; his Blood Law expertise provides the understanding of physical bodies needed to make the experiments stable. Hundreds of millions are tortured, stripped of ego, and reduced to manufactured troops while he demands faster production even if the result is defective. (Chapters 1051, 1123, and 1170)

He also converts political authority into a weapon against Damien. After Damien spares the Saint King, Immortal Blood Asura controls the public judgment, exposes Zara's lineage with information traceable to the enemy, and secures a sentence at No Return Pass. His faction's votes reduce Damien's room to negotiate, although Damien forces the term down to five years by promising a universal transport network. The result gives the traitor a patriotic mask while placing his enemy in a celebrated death zone. (Chapters 1134–1136)

Open betrayal, the Ancient Battlefield, and death

The collaboration eventually becomes undeniable. Blood Asura Holy Land corrupts its own members, sacrifices citizens, and communicates with the enemy; Immortal Blood Asura then openly kills friendly Demigods and joins the Karmic Emperor. He believes that choosing the inevitable victor will strengthen a Divinity centered on conquest, but the Karmic Emperor has been amplifying his emotional instability. A man who thought himself an equal partner gradually becomes a controllable piece unable to separate strategy from hatred. (Chapters 1176, 1223, 1244, and 1291)

On the Ancient Battlefield he learns Damien is alive, takes flesh from him, and uses Bloodhound to pursue him across space. Damien wounds him with stolen Divine Energy, escapes underground, and later turns the chase into a race for Heavenly World slates. Immortal Blood Asura waits more than a year, exhausts himself in a manic pursuit, and is thrown aside by Tiamat during the wider battle, yet Karmic influence and his own fixation drag him back toward the barrier where Damien is ascending. When Damien emerges as a Divinity, the balance reverses immediately. Reality suppresses Immortal Blood Asura's mana, Life and Death wither him, and Spacetime crushes his body after he refuses to recant the beliefs built into his Divinity. Damien's evolved Devour then absorbs his soul, memories, laws, bloodlines, strength, and Legends. The patriarch who pursued eternity and victory through blood becomes material for the enemy he once classified as an ant. (Chapters 1292–1294)

Appearance and personality

Immortal Blood Asura appears as a robust old man whose physical vitality makes age difficult to judge. His attack projection is bald with a long beard and bloody eyes that suggest both enormous slaughter and concealed mania; a later physical description emphasizes a large, trained body, a weathered face, and stark white hair. His quiet meditative posture can resemble an immortal elder until the blood aura and violence reveal the persona beneath it. (Chapters 880, 928, and 1051)

He is proud, emotionally numb, cruel, and radically self-interested. Family, subjects, allies, and even his universe have value only when they support his conquest. He initially prizes control enough to hide rage, but repeated humiliation by Damien gives the Karmic Emperor emotional openings to exploit. The resulting mania does not create his treachery—the text says he would likely have chosen it rationally for strength—but it makes him abandon retreat and survival when those goals conflict with domination. Abilities, laws, and evolution

• Blood Laws and bodily control: Immortal Blood Asura can manipulate blood with enough depth to claim he could forge his blood to match another being's. In combat his crimson Divine Energy evaporates Damien's blood and plants destructive forces in the body. He later absorbs a piece of Damien's flesh to reconstruct a lost hand, demonstrating that his law operates as biological control and regeneration as well as direct attack. (Chapters 880, 1269–1271)

• Bloodhound: Rather than attaching a trace that Damien's cleansing can remove, Immortal Blood Asura steals a piece of Damien and has an arrow of blood light track the matching source. The method follows teleportation over immense distance and remains active while Damien is underground, but smoke, blood mist, and extreme terrain reduce its precision; it also requires keeping the stolen biological material. • Devil's Hand and close combat: Devil's Hand is a claw technique built from everything he understood about Blood Laws before Divinity. Its maroon energy and law structure are reserved for opponents worthy of a killing card, but Damien converts Mirage's shattered material into spatial ruptures, destroys the hand, and uses the momentary recoil to escape beneath the battlefield. • Immortal Blood Divinity: His title reflects the concepts placed in his Divinity: “Immortal” and “Blood” express the desire to become eternal through blood, while his broader identity seeks domination, conquest, and victory in every struggle. This grants a stable divine foundation but cements his cruelty and values; changing sincerely would shatter the Divinity and require rebuilding it around a different self. • Restricted projection strike: Universal law prevents a Demigod from freely killing juniors, so Immortal Blood Asura sends a single-use projection capable of one divine attack. The projection locks space, scrutinizes Damien, and nearly destroys his layered defenses before Tiamat intervenes. Its one-strike limit forces it to fade, turning an otherwise overwhelming attack into evidence and a future political accusation rather than a completed execution. (Chapters 928–929)

• Artificial Nox manufacture: His comprehension of blood and physical bodies fills a gap in Nox experimentation. Together with the Karmic Emperor, he develops more stable mass-produced soldiers whose egos are erased and loyalty imposed. The achievement is inseparable from its cost: hidden worlds of tortured citizens, deliberate acceptance of defective bodies, and the corruption of his own Holy Land. (Chapters 1123, 1170, and 1223)

• Karmic compromise: The Karmic Emperor exploits spikes of rage that Damien and other opponents provoke, subtly feeding those emotions until Immortal Blood Asura cannot consistently act on his own rational decisions. He recognizes the control late and attempts to retreat, but his body returns to battle. This is a debilitating imposed state rather than a new technique or genuine increase in rank. • Damien Void: Damien begins as the killer of an unimportant grandson and becomes relevant only after Arthur's death wastes clan resources. Surviving the projection, disproving the Grand Assembly accusation, and enduring No Return Pass repeatedly denies Immortal Blood Asura the submission his Divinity expects. Their Ancient Battlefield pursuit consumes the patriarch's remaining restraint, and Damien's first post-ascension judgment ends by absorbing everything his enemy accumulated. • Karmic Emperor: Their partnership trades Blood Asura's biological expertise and institutional access for intelligence, Nox support, and a presumed place on the winning side. Neither regards the other as a friend. The Karmic Emperor cultivates Blood Asura's rage as a control mechanism, intends to tame him completely, and ultimately proves that the human who imagined himself an equal was another disposable puppet. • Arthur: Arthur approaches his father as a servant and requests permission to avenge Reavus without sect support. Immortal Blood Asura does not love him, but has invested heavily in raising him as a loyal general. Arthur's death therefore provokes anger at wasted resources and damaged reputation, leading to the projection attack and turning Damien from an inconvenience into a clan enemy. • Bloodlock Clan: He builds the clan around strength, patriarchy, and utility rather than kinship. Thousands of grandsons remain unacknowledged, women are suppressed or used as cultivation resources, and dissenters become examples. When he changes allegiance, he supervises oaths, corruption, sacrifice, and artificial-soldier production so thoroughly that ordinary members cannot escape the consequences of his private bargain.
