Feng Qing'er

Feng Qing'er is the Fire Phoenix Clan's foremost young genius, known in the 3000 Beast Mountain Range as the Flame Queen. Her story moves from a sheltered but responsible clan heir, through the Primordial Undying Realm's war, to a Sanctuary combatant who deliberately seeks adverse environments to force growth. Pride remains central to her, but it is repeatedly redirected into leadership, loyalty, and constructive rivalry.

Biography

Flame Queen and the trial world's defender

Before entering the Primordial Undying Realm, Qing'er is ranked third on the 3000 Beast Record, with an estimated level in the 170s and a reputation for Phoenix Flames that dominate nearly every local flame. She bristles when Damien Void probes her strength, yet her concern is not vanity alone: she and Lunaria carry their clans' hopes, so she suppresses the impulse to retaliate blindly and treats an unknown White Dragon representative as a genuine threat. (Chapters 231 and 235)

The trial turns that caution into public responsibility. After discovering a village whose inhabitants have been mutilated by the invading force, Qing'er recognizes that her Phoenix fire rejects the Nox substance and joins the defense of Astoria. She gathers twenty-five Fire Phoenix faction members, explains both the enemy's numbers and their survival objective, restores their morale, and places them before a siege whose rewards cannot erase the moral shock of what they have witnessed. Open battle, improvised assassination, and the green fruit

Qing'er leads from the front when the abomination army arrives. She destroys third-class captains with Phoenix phantoms, flame blades, and a sea of fire, then confronts paired Demon Generals with wing-assisted sword combat and autonomous flame constructs. The fight exposes the mismatch between her preferred brute-force style and a Phoenix's comparatively weaker body, strengthening her desire for a Primordial Undying Fruit that might give her the physique needed to make that style sustainable. Later, she deliberately attempts a mode of combat she knows does not suit her. Using Qing Tan's Shadow Bird as misdirection, she hides above an Apostle, builds hundreds of condensed Reincarnation Flame needles, disrupts his mana flow, and purifies him from within. She recognizes that the kill depended on Qing Tan's support rather than pretending she has mastered assassination; afterward she returns to direct competition and defeats the sixth-ranked genius to claim one of the green fruits. Destruction of the mountain range and a Sanctuary homeland

When the Primordial Undying Realm's collapse threatens everyone outside it, Damien pulls Qing'er into the Sanctuary and tells her the 3000 Beast Mountain Range will be destroyed. She understands that revealing such a private refuge signals the severity of the danger, guides him to the Endless Flame Mountain, and helps secure the Fire Phoenix Clan's immediate cooperation. Her credibility with her mother lets the clan assemble before the deadline instead of losing irreplaceable time debating a stranger. (Chapters 401–403)

The Fire Phoenix Clan survives, but survival means accepting that its old homeland is gone. Damien offers the Phoenix Matriarchs a genuine choice rather than demanding permanent submission; Qing'er's mother chooses the Sanctuary as the safest place for weaker clan members until they can establish themselves elsewhere. Qing'er consequently gains security and a stable training environment, while also becoming part of a larger force whose battles and future are tied to Damien's growing world. (Chapter 414)

Aquazyl, delayed Baptism, and fourth-class service

Qing'er first leaves the Sanctuary years later to follow her mother into the Aquazyl campaign. Water suppresses her fire so severely that her combat ability drops toward what her raw level alone can support, but she welcomes the handicap because peaceful accumulation has left her behind Damien's pace. She leads the slaughter of Tephit subdivisions, compensates with technique and creativity, and treats the hostile environment as a route toward the fourth-class threshold rather than a reason to withdraw. At Tephit headquarters, Lunaria begins her Baptism first. Qing'er admits jealousy but immediately orders everyone to protect her friend, turns competition into a promise to reach Divinity sooner, and unleashes Reincarnation Flames strong enough to burn mana-filled water. The text states that she is already qualified for Baptism but cannot begin while fire energy is absent; her actual breakthrough occurs off-page, and by the later Severed World battle she is explicitly nearing the middle stages of fourth class while assisting Sanctuary forces. Appearance and personality

Qing'er is a striking young woman with fiery red hair, red eyes, and fair skin. Her combat manifestations include physical Phoenix wings, burning runes, flame-wrought weapons, and immense Phoenix phantoms. The visual intensity matches her title: even when she is not using her largest techniques, her dense reddish-orange mana carries both crushing force and extreme heat. She is proud, outspoken, competitive, and easily provoked by teasing, but not reckless when other lives or her clan's future depend on her. Qing'er prefers frontal combat and explosive solutions, openly acknowledges when stealth is not her talent, and seeks difficult conditions because struggle restores the growth that safety cannot provide. Her most consistent maturation is emotional discipline: rivalry with Lunaria becomes motivation, responsibility tempers her concern for face, and confidence becomes a tool for maintaining soldiers' morale. • Phoenix and Reincarnation Flames: Qing'er's ordinary Phoenix Flames overwhelm most local fire users through heat, density, and control. Reincarnation Flames are a bloodline ability unlocked through an earlier rebirth; against Nox material they act as purification, reducing an Apostle to dust from inside his body. In Aquazyl, their Samsara quality lets them burn mana-filled water, though the environment still prevents the World Energy conditions needed for her own Baptism. • Fire Phoenix runes: Qing'er condenses her flame into runes that multiply or structure an attack's output.
