Jacob

Jacob is a conflated census entry covering at least two locally unconnected figures: a Schachran associate of Warren killed by Lucien, and the First Apostle of Ell's Secret Praying Congress. The corpus does not establish that the later apostle survived or inherited the earlier man's identity. (Chapters 261–264 and 467–498)

Biography

The Schachran pursuer

The first Jacob responds furiously to Warren's death and leads knights to investigate, assuming the killer has fled. Lucien exploits that expectation, ambushes the group, and kills Jacob before he can draw Ice Break. His expensive sword, Demon Soul armor, Punishment ring, and valuables become trophies, ending this identity's pursuit immediately. (Chapters 261–264)

Ell's First Apostle

The later Jacob enforces Ell's orders, helps redesign and spread the false-god faith, and fights beside Francis. Ell grants him a Seed of Spirit, but Francis's mobility and power repeatedly exceed his own. His final fate is not resolved in the supplied excerpts. (Chapters 467–498)

Abilities

The first Jacob owns enchanted combat equipment but cannot deploy it in his final fight. The apostle has divine power around level six and leadership authority, without radiant-knight speed. These capabilities must not be combined. (Chapters 264, 468, and 473–478)
