Diffidem Odor is the Lord of Darkness feared by the Spirits and revered by the Cave Fairies as their god. Diffidem returns when the Spirit Kings unseal Ophinü Odor, restoring divine support lost during the Fairies' ancient division.

Biography

Liberation and return to battle

When the Spirit Realm is collapsing, the surviving lesser Spirits say that neither Diffidem nor Ophinü can be unsealed recklessly. Seol Jihu's request for the Spirit Kings to forgive the Cave Fairies changes that restriction: the Kings unseal Ophinü, which also liberates Diffidem. Diffidem's return restores the Cave Fairies' connection and gives the Federation another Spirit Lord whose power helps blunt the Parasite Queen's assault. Diffidem later reappears beside Ophinü and the five Spirit Lords during the final war.
