Hwee-Jun

Hwee-Jun is Hwee-Seo’s second child and one of the leading claimants in Automation’s succession struggle. Supported by the Sang and To families, he attempts to eliminate Hwee-Kyung before her alliance with Black Scale can overturn the contest.

Biography

Failed claimant

Hwee-Jun benefits from rumors naming him successor and gathers two of Automation’s major families, but regards Hwee-Kyung and her Lizardman protector as outsiders who should not influence a Human inheritance. His soldiers corner the pair, and he keeps ordering attacks even after Sairan Muel fights through a mortal wound and receives Lightning. When Hwee-Kyung threatens their father with Black Scale intervention, Hwee-Jun protests that her coercion should disqualify her, but Hwee-Seo instead names her successor. Hwee-Jun plans to flee, build power among inland Humans, and return. Sairan lets him depart because the Goblin allies are already waiting; their boss beheads Hwee-Jun outside the gate and removes the body so his death cannot damage Hwee-Kyung’s reputation. Appearance and personality
