Ankarde
Ankarde is a red-skinned Orc and the second apostle of Hegemonia. Known as the One Who Wore Blood, Ankarde commands the Angry One’s subterranean ambush force during the Union Kingdom’s war with the Empire.
Biography
Commander beneath the Sky Castle
Ankarde comes from the red-skinned Orc force famous for rushing trenches with oil tanks and flamethrowers. During the Sky Castle operation, Hegemonia hides Ankarde and a military-engineering army underground, relying on the impatient apostle to wait until the imperial line is committed. When delay begins to threaten the plan, Ankarde decides that no more time can be lost, detonates the blocked entrance, and orders the troops forward. The sortie creates a new front but does not break the defense: Redin BR Oser intercepts Ankarde before the trenches, and the wider Union Kingdom offensive fails. Hegemonia later summons Ankarde with her other fallen apostles to defend Avartin from the Demons. (Chapters 201–308)
Appearance and personality
Ankarde is a red-skinned Orc associated with blood and the incendiary troops descended from Hegemonia’s earliest second-continent army. No detailed armor or facial description is provided. (Chapter 201)
They are fierce, impatient, and command-oriented. Their decision to launch the underground force shows initiative under pressure, although it also matches the impatience allies expected and tried to exploit. (Chapters 243–245)
Powers and abilities
Ankarde is an apostolic warrior capable of commanding engineering troops and confronting Redin directly. The supplied corpus does not name a personal skill, explain the “wore blood” title mechanically, or show that Ankarde personally uses a flamethrower. Their attack can be contained by another apostle. (Chapters 201–247)
