Biography

Returning to a changed realm

Firin leaves long seclusion with Aizel and enters a gathering where nearly everyone instinctively submits to their peaceful authority. He dismisses unnecessary etiquette, listens to evidence about changes in the Crystal realm, and accepts that verification matters before his people act. When a greater sleeping figure comments that giants have made the realm their playground, Firin's return becomes part of a broader reckoning with powers that developed during his absence. Firin is a handsome man radiating power, peace, and an impulse toward obedience. He is calm, courteous, and evidence-minded. (Chapters 705–707)
