Batu Sephore Togoldor

Batu Sephore Togoldor is one of Emperor Jotun's founding brothers and the head of the Togoldor family, which manages the empire's military. Informal and quick to laugh among his brothers, he nevertheless helps decide matters involving imperial withdrawal, family recovery, and resources spanning galaxies.

Biography

The brothers at the Inn

Batu arrives with Jotun, Nisar, Henry, and William at a cultivation level Lex cannot read. Their private ease immediately distinguishes family behavior from imperial ceremony: Batu falls from his chair laughing at William's embarrassing history and joins increasingly elaborate speculation that the Innkeeper is a renegade devil. The humor strengthens their fraternity, but also shows how quickly the brothers can reinforce a theory once shared assumptions take hold. (Chapters 494–504)

Military responsibility and family recovery

When a descendant's lead may earn enough Henali credit to heal William, Batu joins all five brothers away from the Inn, an unusual gathering that signals high stakes. As head of the military family, he also bears responsibility for removing or erasing the Jotun Empire's sensitive holdings before withdrawal from the Pendal galaxy.
