Kyana's Bow
Kyana’s Bow is the elf’s signature ranged weapon after Kai’s party acquires a large cache of ancient artifacts. The source calls it a “new bow” but gives it no unique personal name or isolated enchantment. Its importance comes from remaining Kyana’s platform for ordinary arrows, mana constructs, spirit-guided shots, and her later fusion form. (Chapters 140–141)
History
New weapon after the tomb
Kai empties an ancient tomb’s treasury, taking rows of bows, swords, armor, magical implements, and books. He judges the artifacts second only to divine weapons and distributes equipment among his companions. Kyana practices with a new bow the following chapter while the group tests its gains. The exact maker and individual selection scene are not given, so the bow can be linked to the cache without claiming a more specific origin than the text supplies. (Chapters 140–141)
Signature weapon across continents
Kyana keeps archery at the center of her fighting style as the party crosses Sarkylla and Eridani. She combines the bow with specialized arrows and spirits rather than relying on one fixed projectile. During the eastern Spirit Orb operation, she draws it against a Demon Knight and kills him with a single shot before taking custody of the orb. In later wars she continues choosing the bow even after gaining close-combat options, invisibility, flight, and large-scale magic. (Chapters 156–157, 287, 369, 511)
Spirit-fusion transformation
Inside the Town Trapped in Time, Kyana merges with eight elemental and conceptual spirits. Her body and bow both become energy, and the transformed weapon fires elemental arrows fast enough to kill gods and culminates in an area-erasing combined shot. Because the entire fusion is temporary and spirit-dependent, the energy bow is best understood as a transformed state of her established weapon, not proof that the physical artifact permanently ceased to exist. (Chapters 530–531)
Abilities and properties
The bow accepts Kyana’s mana, physical technique, specialized ammunition, and spirit power. It supports volleys, precise weak-point attacks, guided or curved trajectories, elemental coating, and immense charged shots. During spirit fusion it becomes energy along with Kyana and scales to divine combat. The corpus does not separate the bow’s own enchantment from its wielder’s abilities, give it an independent attack, or state its draw limit. Kyana still needs ammunition or projected energy, accuracy, time to aim stronger shots, and spirits for spirit-specific effects. (Chapters 141, 156–157, 287, 369, 530–531)
