Captivity at Nightless City

After Nie MingJue's failed attack at Yangquan leads to his capture, Meng Yao presents Baxia from a box and takes it into his own hands. He claims to have handled it several times before and taunts its owner while Nie MingJue repeatedly orders him to let go. This possession is temporary and hostile rather than a transfer of ownership. Later custody
