Spear of Sisterhood
The Spear of Sisterhood is an Epic-grade Immortal weapon that Karl designs for Dana's advancement, combining direct combat bonuses with a golem spell tailored to her class.
History
An Immortal gift built around Dana's fighting style
Karl begins with a well-balanced, ornate Overlord-rank spear from guild storage and plans it as a gift celebrating his wife's advancement to Immortality. He inscribes attack speed, life steal, and Arcane damage, then develops [Mirror Images] by combining elements of [Bodyguard], [Reality Warp], and [Epic Golem]. The choice reflects Dana's identity as a Golem Mage: rather than add only larger numbers, Karl tries to create allies capable of inheriting parts of her own class toolkit. [Breath of the World] raises the finished weapon through Totem, Mythic, and Immortal rank, leaving it with a jet-black haft, a Chaos-silver blade, and a white tassel. (Chapter 1514)
Karl expects [Mirror Images] to suit Dana better than himself because her core skills include [Auto Parry], [Golem Damage], and a combat skill. He is not certain which three skills an image will receive, but believes her compact class foundation makes the result consistently useful. By a later prison encounter, he refers to the Spear of Sisterhood as a weapon he has already given Dana and judges none of his experimental successor spears clearly superior before further upgrading. The weapon therefore remains the successful standard against which he measures later work, although Dana is not shown wielding it in the cited item scenes. (Chapters 1514 and 1643)
Abilities and properties
- The spear is Epic Grade and Immortal Rank 1/50. It increases attack speed by forty percent of base, converts ten percent of damage dealt into life steal, and adds Arcane damage equal to three hundred percent of base damage on a hit. The source does not define whether every effect applies to mirror images as well as the wielder. (Chapter 1514)
- [Mirror Images] can activate when the spear is used or at the wielder's will. The underlying Epic skill creates two Elite golems in the caster's image with up to three of the caster's core class skills. Karl expects Dana's images to receive her core toolkit, but explicitly allows that the selection may vary; the item description gives no duration, mana cost, cooldown, or replacement rule. (Chapter 1514)
- [Breath of the World] upgrades the weapon's materials and grade during creation. Later spears remain only possible rivals until Karl applies the same technique to them, so their existence does not establish that the Spear of Sisterhood has been superseded. (Chapters 1514 and 1643)
