Relic Control Becomes Capital Defence

Tabitha first takes command of a contested System Relic, enforcing the inherited equal-access arrangement even when a dragon challenges it. She later studies Karl's young recruits as candidates for a tactical response squad, showing that her strictness is directed toward building usable rapid-response capacity. When Giants penetrate the national lines, Tabitha interrupts distractions, organizes scouting, commandeers a truck without delay, and races to the Capital. She becomes a central contact for Hawk's intelligence and defence planning, then joins the Overlord coalition around Karl during the succession crisis.
