Biography

Champion, Mentor, and Restored Branch Member

Orthos leads the detachment that receives Karl after an anomaly carries him into the Divine Beast Nation. He confirms Karl should not be there, helps him interpret foreign System functions, and grants knowledge including Skill Merger. Karl later passes Orthos the Bunga City Champion title so he can continue his own mission, leaving the dragon with both civic responsibility and an activated System role. (Chapters 437–473, 508, and 695)

Years later Orthos joins Karl in investigating suppressed System access on Neia. His historical knowledge identifies the lingering feed that prevents most classes from awakening, while his presence reconnects him to an old Darklight Host branch. He remains there as the branch is restored, combining clerical care, Beast Temple experience, and guild continuity. (Chapters 1032 and 1174–1184)
