Blood Shadow Blade

Blood Shadow Blade is a name Luo Feng repeatedly gives to close-combat blades, culminating in the blank, self-developing blade embryo he selects from the Duan Dong River inheritance. The early blades and the final meta-embryo are not one physically continuous weapon: Chapter 489 explicitly has him order a new local blade, and Chapter 1250 says he has used and replaced many blades before naming the embryo Blood Shadow. History

Early and mission-specific blades

Luo Feng carries a Blood Shadow Blade or Gold Shadow Blade alongside his shield during early Virtual Universe Company training. Before entering Blood River World, he cannot take that off-world weapon, so he commissions a sharp replacement that meets the mission's local restrictions. He uses the mission blade in close combat and sometimes has the Mosha body imitate its form. These references establish a reused name and fighting style, not a single relic transferred intact across every scene. (Chapters 445–465, 489–519, and 633)

Selection of the meta-embryo

As the new Duan Dong River, Luo Feng may choose one of 322 meta-embryos. He selects a giant stone blade because its form resembles his familiar Blood Shadow design, brands it with his life mark, and gives it the same name. This new blade begins almost blank: it has only one level of engraving and is intended to accept the user's own techniques throughout that user's development. (Chapters 1249–1250)

Growth with Luo Feng's techniques

Luo Feng first incorporates Nirvana Renaissance and later continues using the weapon as his blade techniques advance. It remains part of his principal equipment against Sector Beasts, including Beddy and Mo He, and is still in his hands in the latest cited physical combat. Some late chapters render the same inheritance weapon as Blood Ghost Blade; the shared description as Duan Dong River's blade embryo makes this a naming variation, not a documented exchange for another item. Abilities and properties

• The final blade is a meta-embryo: it starts without a fixed suite of techniques and can receive new secret engravings created by its owner, allowing it to grow with that owner. (Chapters 1249–1250)
• Even before being driven by a technique or godly power, the embryo cracks space and is described as rivaling a fifth-tier universe master's attack. (Chapter 1250)
• Once a technique has been engraved, Luo Feng can trigger the stored pattern directly while coordinating other treasures, reducing the concentration otherwise needed to construct the technique during battle. (Chapter 1249)
• Its potential does not supply mastery by itself: the user must create and engrave suitable techniques, and Luo Feng still relies on armor, movement, and palace treasures for defense. (Chapters 1249–1250 and 1458)
