Biography

Fighting and advancing with Luo Feng

Windmill confronts Luo Feng in their elimination city and chooses a direct contest of brute force. His virtual body is killed in the fight, but that result is only a competition elimination, not his physical death. He later rejoins the surviving Ganwu delegation, encourages Luo Feng, suffers another tournament elimination, and remains present to celebrate Luo Feng's increasingly shocking advance. Windmill is identified as a green-haired youth. His willingness to test himself head-on makes him aggressive in competition, while his later conversations show no lasting resentment toward the opponent who eliminated him. (Chapters 399–400, 423, and 431)
