Luo Hai

Luo Hai is the younger son of Luo Feng and Xu Xin. Unlike his management-oriented elder brother, he models himself on his father as a cultivator and explorer, eventually becoming the Luo family's third universe knight while remaining below universe-master level.

Biography

Childhood and departure into the universe

Luo Hai first appears as “Little Hai,” playing in the virtual universe with his brother under tutors arranged by the family. The younger child is remembered as the noisier of the two. By Year 89, his admiration for his father has become a chosen path: he leaves to explore the universe, and Luo Feng arranges for him to enter the Ganwu Dojo rather than restraining that ambition. A cultivator inside a growing dynasty

Centuries later, Luo Hai remains focused on training while Luo Ping handles more family administration. He also has descendants of his own and initially tries to protect the favored Luo Fu Xin, guaranteeing his life if he has not broken family rules. Luo Feng's evidence that the young man murdered thousands overturns that instinct and teaches Luo Hai how privilege can corrupt a vast clan. Much later, he joins his brother in supporting Xu Xin when Luo Feng's delayed farewell message makes the family fear its founder has died. (Chapters 725 and 881)

Earth, evacuation, and advancement

After Luo Feng returns, Luo Hai angrily reports how off-world immigrants detained and humiliated native Earthlings during his father's absence. When Huge Axe Creator's death places humanity in danger, Luo Feng orders Luo Hai and Luo Ping to evacuate the Luo family's core members and gather roughly a trillion Earth-lineage humans through Ping Hai Company and related transport firms. Luo Hai later reaches universe-knight rank in the 53,000th era, becoming the third member of his family at that level. (Chapters 908–909, 1260, and 1409)

The final reincarnation era

Across the following trillion years, Luo Hai becomes firmer in his own chosen life while continuing to worry over his father's lethal battles. He joins the family gatherings before Luo Feng's final breakthroughs and listens to his father's admonitions. During the migration into Milky Way Holy Land, he envies the reverence shown to “Milky Way Ancestor,” but the narrative later confirms that even perfect resources never carry Luo Hai beyond universe-knight rank to universe master. Appearance and personality

The corpus gives no stable adult physical description for Luo Hai. His behavior is more clearly drawn: noisy in childhood, adventurous and training-focused as an adult, protective of favored descendants, and quick to anger when Earthlings are abused. He can misjudge people he loves, but he accepts his father's evidence and continues serving the family's larger responsibilities. (Chapters 422, 463, 725, and 908)

Abilities and progression

Luo Hai receives exceptional resources through his father's position and is talented enough to become Undying after hundreds of thousands of years. In the 53,000th era he advances to universe knight, the third in the Luo family. No law path, weapon, or named technique is demonstrated, and the final account explicitly says he never breaks through to universe master. (Chapters 1072, 1409, and 1483)

His other demonstrated capability is organizational rather than martial: alongside Luo Ping, he is entrusted with relocating the family core and an enormous selected population during a race-level emergency. (Chapter 1260)
