Biography

Recognizing Luo He as an ally

The city lord joins Moli Xiao in reviewing Huyang City's surveillance after the Blood Python Association is destroyed. He correctly reads Luo Feng's decision not to conceal his approach as goodwill toward the city government, then supports hiring him to defend the city's forbidden grounds despite General Yong's doubts. After Luo Feng kills Yutian Xu, Yutian Yi, and Xue Yun, the lord openly acknowledges that earlier thoughts of disciplining him were mistaken, welcomes him at the city gate, reports his achievements to the Marquis of Jiu Jiang, and promises the support of the city owner’s mansion. Administration during the Heartshadow crisis

During Heartshadow Sect's takeover, the lord manages displaced members of the Five Great Families and negotiates Luo Feng's employment. He recognizes that the Heartshadow Sect's offer could decisively alter the war and quickly secures royal approval for a counteroffer. After Luo Feng and the Marquis of Jiu Jiang win, Yu Kingdom withdraws the former administrative layer and transfers its officials while empowering Luo Feng as the new city lord.
