Liu He is a Dojo of Limits investigator who serves Hong and becomes a friendly senior colleague to Luo Feng.

Dojo investigator

Liu He first appears assisting a wounded golden-masked fighter and later travels with Hong, Luo Feng, and Allure to Misty Island. During preparations for Luo Feng's investigator ceremony, he introduces Luo Feng to representatives and explains the value of the gathering. He obeys Hong's orders during the island crisis, joins the search for Mu Ya crystals, congratulates Luo Feng's extraordinary haul, and repeatedly calls to compare results. His last supplied appearance is another friendly check-in after communications have been interrupted. (Chapters 159, 191, 194–205, 209, 215–216, and 223)

Appearance and personality
