Biography
Defeated by Luo Feng in Ice Hell
Lightning-Racing Emperor confronts Luo Feng with a chain treasure and uses thunder-and-time techniques against the Star Map's beast-god phantom. Luo Feng breaks his godly body and blocks his retreat, forcing him to burn part of that body for greater power. Even then he cannot catch Luo Feng's changing flight path. He abandons the chase alive, but the witnessed defeat overturns his previously unbeaten standing among Ice Hell's top emperors. (Chapters 927–933)
