Biography
Southeastern coastal defense
Wu Tong introduces Li Da Wei to Luo Feng as the southeastern-sector commander. Li invites Luo Feng to support the nation's defense, and Luo accepts because China is his homeland and the human–monster war leaves no room for withdrawal. During the ensuing assault, Li coordinates the front lines through tactical communications and announces the defenders' successful stand. He later explains that his generation's daily struggle for survival shapes its outlook.
