Lan Duo notices White Demon's agents capturing tribes inside Thunder Ancient Country and confronts him, less from compassion than concern over trespass and exposure. He later trusts Thunder Ancestor to force the Galaxy Ruler into tolerating his own pillaging of creatures. Instead, the Ancestor adopts Luo Feng's demand that rulers who devoured millions be punished and annihilates Lan Duo's soul and body with thunder inside his cave mansion. Lan Duo and White Demon's deaths become warnings to the other imperial rulers. (Chapters 1760, 1763, 1767, and 1775)
