Jia Yi

Jia Yi is China's foremost military fighter during Earth's early crisis era. He coordinates national forces, negotiates with Luo Feng, and remains at command headquarters while humanity struggles to understand and stop the Golden Horned Beast.

Biography

China's military representative

Jia Yi is first identified as the founder of Hua Shan and teacher of an elite special-forces commander, establishing his influence before he enters a scene. He later invites Luo Feng to meet as China competes for Mu Ya Crystals around Misty Island. Rather than treating the younger representative as a subordinate, Jia Yi negotiates for cooperation and remains responsible for coordinating the military contingent while other fighters excavate. Coordinating the Golden Horned Beast response

When the Golden Horned Beast begins destroying cities, Jia Yi becomes one of the principal voices linking Luo Feng with China's command system. He shares archaeological-ruin information, waits patiently while Babata evaluates it, calls with escalating battlefield reports, and pleads for Luo Feng's help when Yangzhou is endangered. His actions do not defeat the beast, but they keep national resources and Earth's strongest remaining fighters directed toward the same survival effort rather than fragmented local responses. After Hong and Thunder God fall into comas, Babata selects Jia Yi among five world representatives to help perform the public deception that conceals their condition. Jia Yi continues as one of Earth's stronger Star Travellers, though later comparison places him below the founders and gives no breakthrough beyond that early rank. His final scenes leave him alive, with no later account of death or cosmic advancement. (Chapters 256–266)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not establish a detailed fixed appearance. Jia Yi speaks gently in negotiation but becomes visibly anxious and forceful during catastrophe, shouting orders when the laser plan fails. Jia Yi is an existence above wargod level—a Star Traveller fighter—and China's strongest military warrior. He can fly, participate in Misty Island operations, and command other elite fighters.
