Elder Tian He

Elder Tian He is a Deputy Workshop Master of Deceit Workshop and a veteran Divine Emperor from the Dark Sacred Realm. Bored by the relative safety of Yulan City, he demands compensation after Luo Feng kills his subordinate Kumo and turns Luo Feng's refusal into an opportunity for a full-strength duel. Biography

Challenge outside Yulan City

Tian He reacts to Kumo's death less as a bereavement than as an inconvenience to one of his twenty teams. He asks Luo Feng for fifty million Primordial Crystals while privately hoping the newcomer refuses, since Yulan City has become dull. When Luo Feng does refuse, Tian He meets him outside the city, first using concealed movement and then revealing the Eternal Night Netherworld Kite Body. His initial strength slightly exceeds Luo Feng's, but the Endless Blood Sea slows him until he activates formation diagrams across his entire body. (Chapters 1797 and 1809)

The full formation enhancement lets Tian He tear through the Blood Sea, hurt Luo Feng despite the Undying Heart, and dominate their direct exchanges. Luo Feng ends the contest by invoking a stronger shaggy claw, ripping away two of Tian He's wings. Tian He accepts the loss with satisfaction that he forced out that trump card, transforms into golden light, and escapes through the Palm World's membrane into Yulan City. He is later among the city leaders shocked by Luo Feng's still greater revealed strength. (Chapters 1809 and 1837)

Appearance and personality

Tian He first appears as a beautiful man with smooth, crystal-like fingers. His bloodline transformation is a huge silvery-gray avian humanoid with fur and three pairs of wings. He is cold, unhurried, easily bored, and openly seeks stimulating conflict, yet can accept a clean defeat without reckless pursuit. (Chapters 1797 and 1809)

Abilities and cultivation

• His specialty is close bodily combat. He can become a nearly invisible current of air, approach undetected by ordinary senses, and cut with finger or claw attacks. (Chapter 1809)
• The Eternal Night Netherworld Kite Body derives from a High Level Primordial Life bloodline at the Half Primordial level. It gives him a powerful avian body, extreme speed, wings, claws, and a possible route toward Ultimate Awakening beyond the Braided Cage. (Chapter 1809)
• Formation diagrams are the foundation of his cultivation. Revealing them at full strength sharply amplifies the bloodline body, but Luo Feng's superior treasure-assisted claw still seriously injures him. (Chapter 1809)
